Position Title: Hardscape Foreman (Crew Leader)

Pay: $30–$35/hour (based on experience & leadership ability)
Role Summary
We’re hiring a Hardscape Foreman to lead job sites, manage crews, and uphold the standards that Outdoor Elements is known for. This role is for someone who knows their worth, takes pride in craftsmanship, and wants to grow with a company, not just work for one season.
You’ll be the point person on-site, responsible for execution, leadership, and communication—making sure every project runs smoothly, efficiently, and to spec.
Your Seat in the Company
This is a leadership seat, not just a labor role.
- You are responsible for:
- Running job sites from start to finish
- Leading and motivating crew members
- Being accountable for quality, safety, and production
- Representing Outdoor Elements professionally to clients and teammates
- Helping build systems, standards, and future leaders
This role has room to grow into higher leadership as the company continues to scale.
Core Responsibilities
- Run daily job-site operations efficiently and safely
- Read and execute plans, layouts, and elevations accurately
- Ensure proper base prep, drainage, compaction, and installation
- Manage crew workflow, pacing, and quality control
- Communicate clearly with ownership, project managers, and clients
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and professional
- Train and mentor crew members
- Take ownership of mistakes and solutions
- Protect company equipment, materials, and reputation
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in hardscape construction
• Foreman or lead role experience required
• Strong knowledge of:
• Paver patios
• Retaining walls
• Base prep & drainage
• Cutting, layout, and finishing details
• Ability to lead and work with others (no egos)
• Strong work ethic and accountability
• Must have own reliable transportation
• Must show up on time, ready to lead
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- Weekends are optional (not required)
Compensation & Benefits
- $30–$35/hour (based on experience & leadership)
